Fiddler & Pepper - So who are they?

The people behind fiddler & pepper are a great bunch of friendly professionals based in the North of Nottingham. In all, they have about 60 dedicated full-time members of staff and four business partners spread across three different office locations.

One of the fundamental principles in which fiddler & pepper were founded upon was that they wanted to be a fun and friendly place to work. Thus they don’t always take themselves all too seriously. With this in mind this is what they’re all about.

They believe if that each and every individual member of staff is happy and productive as a result that they will achieve better things and deliver great results and service for their customers and clients. This becomes a self fulfilling prophecy for them, where their happy clients warmly recommend their services.

Every year they invest a sensible and considered amount of time and money in developing the needs of their staff in order that they can improve a particular aspect of working with people. It’s good to nature this culture, and we also think it’s important to be able to see things from the perspective of our clients. Whilst we may be doing the same specialist work day in day out, to our clients this is usually a major and significant thing to them that needs to be approached accordingly.

They don’t claim to always get things perfect, but they are very forthcoming when things sometimes don’t go to plan, they do try to learn from the experience. It’s all too easy to become defensive and completely miss the original point of what is being said as well as passing by an opportunity to improve. Areas that get highlighted can be prevented from happening again in the future with other clients.
